BAPTISM WEEK!

this week was way faster then the past weeks so that was a blessing haha i feel like every other week has been 100 years long. but this week was hard but good. we had a baptism! his name is felipe and we started teaching when i got here, they taught him the first lesson before i got here and then when i came we continued, he just ate everything up and wanted to be baptized so bad! so that was really speacial. but get this, he asked me to speak at the baptizem....UMMMM NO!!! like you dont realize how serious i am when i say i dont speak portugese like its not like i can get around its just bad portugese, like i actually cant speak! i know nothing!! so im pretty sure he just asked me bc he thinks its funny when i speak but whatever haha i did my best and just read it out of my note book and it was alright haha i really like him though bc when we talk its funny bc we both have no idea what we are saying so we just laugh haha hes really sweet and hes so excited bc now he can speak in church. anyways i feel like im everywhere in my letters haha sorry about that, but yeah so that was really cool. but this week besides that was hard bc we found no new investigators, no one would let us in so that was rough. and of coarse this week was hard bc portugese but thats a given. i just keep praying and hoping that the language will come.

but heyyy look at you mom! you are rocking this missionary thing! im sure you know more spanish theni do portugese! so good for you! and wow that pic of scott at costa, i miss costa vida so much! like i actually have dreams about it haha nothing beats chicken tacos with guac, and ranch (@kinsie) i like dream about it haha
